Madill Performing Arts Center was founded in 1999 by Jennifer Madill Hagen and Dustin Hagen.  The couple traveled to New York City together for college with Jennifer studying dance and musical theater at Marymount Manhattan College and Dustin attending The American Musical and Dramatic Academy studying theater and voice. After college the Hagens returned to Duluth where they opened Madill Performing Arts Center, a premiere dance and arts center where they shared their love of dancing, singing and acting with their students for two decades. They received many accolades along the way, including regional and national awards for their competition teams, which include an original boys group, The Dude Factor, a live musical theater group called Triple Threats, multiple hip hop lines, a full ballet program, and the most amazing adult dancers around. Madill PAC is a tight, close knit family that has thrived for over 20 years.

Jennifer, Dustin and their two boys, Cooper and Tanner, recently moved to LA to further their careers in the entertainment industry, leaving the director/owner role to Jocelyn Kreager. Jocelyn is well known to the Madill PAC community as a dancer who grew up in the studio and as a talented and passionate teacher who learned from and trained with Jennifer and Dusty. The studio is continuing its strong legacy with Jocelyn as its fearless leader, and with the full support of the Hagens.
